After suffering from a great loss, Elon Musk on Thursday tries to make fun of SEC in a Tweet, when he was forced to pay $20 Million fine. Tesla CEO Elon Musk used to target the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in a tweet, it was called "Shortseller Enrichment Commission".

Elon Musk in a tweet said that "Just want to do that the Shortseller Enrichment Commission is doing stunning work and the name change is on a point"

The Securities and Exchange Commission rejected the request for comment from Business Insider. Also, Tesla did not respond suddenly to the request for comment on what Musk understand by the Tweet.

The Security and Exchange Commission met with Elon Musk on Saturday. Under the terms of the agreement, Musk does not accept or reject the evidence in the agency's case against him, but he will resign from chairman of Tesla's board of directors for at least three years and pay a fine of $20 million.

According to the SEC, Tesla should make a committee of independent directors and set up additional controls and procedures to monitor the communication of the musk. It will also include their communications on platforms like Twitter and other social media's.
